Dr. Kraus, a 1991 graduate of Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, completed her residency and fellowship in general surgical pathology and fellowship in hematopathology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, in Boston. With 10 years of practice in academic pathology at Washington University School of Medicine and at the University of Chicago, she has published more than 30 peer reviewed articles not only in the areas of hematopathology, but also on subjects relating to soft tissue tumors, post- transplant disorders, and ocular and cutaneous diseases. As a member of Indiana Pathology Consultants, Inc., she has also made lung pathology a special area of focus, and continues to serve on the editorial board of the American Journal of Clinical Pathologists.
